Important information about your account
To enrol, we require a bond of two weeks full fees plus one week of fees in advance (a total of three weeks upfront). This means you will be one week in advance, which will either be used for your last two weeks upon cancellation or refunded.
Please note it is your responsibility to notify Centrelink if there are any changes to your income. Centrelink will advise us if there is any adjustment to your Child Care Benefit. Fee payments are processed through Debit Success. We respectfully reserve the right to cancel care in the event that accounts are not kept one week in advance. Any outstanding debts will be passed over to a debt collector.
